MakeMKV v1.6.16 linux(圆4-release) started It seems to see all the information there, seems to try to decode it, then errors out with the following message. I then tried to force it into working by mounting the disk in my Blu-Ray drive ("I Am Legend," for what it's worth), then pointed MakeMKV to it using the "Open files" command, going into /AACS/MKB_RO.inf. Is there some kind of compile time option I need to build into my kernel, or some kind of kernel command line I need to execute to get it to work?Īlso, why in the world won't XP, ordinarily an OS that works when all else fails, work? Is there some way to force MakeMKV to see my Blu-Ray at /dev/sr0? Once again, MakeMKV fails to see the Blu-Ray drive at all. Wondering if it might be a Linux-related problem, I even installed the trial version again, this time in WindowsXP, then booted into that using my dual boot capability. Meanwhile, my Blu-Ray drive (/dev/sr0) is not recognized at all, even though I have access to it with various other programs, such as Xine, MPlayer, etc., and I can also mount disks in the Blu-Ray drive. Well, I tried to use MakeMKV, but I can only use it for disks in my regular DVD drive (/dev/hda), isolating me exclusively to ripping conventional DVD disks.
